Personal Profile
About Me
I am currently an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the Department of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Science, School of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Northwest University, China.
I received my Ph.D. in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from Wuhan University in 2019. During my doctoral studies (2017-2019), I was a visiting scholar at the Center for Spatial Information Science and Systems, George Mason University.
Research Focus
- ▸ Lake Water Color Remote Sensing: Developing high-precision algorithms for automated lake water environment monitoring through multi-source remote sensing data integration.
- ▸ Multi-source Remote Sensing Data Fusion: Reconstructing high spatiotemporal resolution datasets by leveraging complementary temporal, spatial, and spectral resolutions from different data sources.
- ▸ AI Applications in Geosciences: Developing and improving machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve geographic environmental modeling and analysis problems.
- ▸ GIS System Design and Development: Integrating emerging IT technologies with remote sensing to achieve automation and intelligence in environmental monitoring systems.
